This crop is from the Fazenda Primavera farm, whose owner followed in the footsteps of his father, producer Ricardo Tavares, who dedicated his life to the coffee industry. Ricardo had always dreamed of owning and operating a coffee farm, and after years of working in coffee, he acquired the Fazenda Primavera farm, the ultimate achievement of that goal. The 980-hectare coffee farm is not just a farm; it is a property that he and his team have established as a regional model for specialty coffee production in Brazil, transforming it from its foundations: the traditional coffee production started by Portuguese families who arrived in the late 1970s.

The farm's elevation ranges from 1,000 to 1,050 meters above sea level, fostering specialty coffee cultivation. The climate also provides favorable conditions, with average temperatures ranging from 20 to 24 degrees Celsius annually and rainfall between 1,000 and 1,300 mm.

Fazenda Primavera has state-of-the-art facilities, including a 24,000-square-meter drying yard, 14 electric dryers, and equipment for processing natural, de-pulped, honey-flavored, and fully washed coffee. The farm primarily grows red and yellow Catuay, but other varieties, such as Topazio and Geisha, are also grown. Primavera's de-pulped Geisha crop won first place in the 2018 Elite Cup!

This coffee has great classic flavors with moderate acidity and bitterness, plus a balanced body.
