Return and refund policy:
We provide our customers with the ability to return or exchange purchased goods and receive a full refund according to the following conditions and obligations
All coffee products are not returnable unless the product is damaged or other than the required product. The site management is responsible for returning and replacing the product.
The period for returning products is 7 official working days. (Holidays and holidays are not included and start from the date of receipt of the product)
The product to be returned must be intact and in the original condition that the customer received it, unused and in the original packaging in which it was delivered.
AM PM Coffee will not accept the return of any product that has been used or is not in its original condition.
The customer bears the full shipping fees to return the product he wishes to return to (AM PM Coffee) website.
The full price of the product will be refunded to the customer’s account, or replaced according to the customer’s desire after the item has been inspected by the AM PM Coffee website.
The return request is processed within a period of 3-7 official working days (not including vacations and holidays and starting from the date the product is received from the shipping company)
The shipping employee or delivery representative has the right to inspect the returned product before receiving it from the customer.
The delivery employee or shipping representative has the right to refuse to receive the returned product if the customer causes a defect or spoilage in the product due to misuse.
(AM PM Coffee) website has the right to reject the return request if it violates the policy and terms of return and refund of funds.
If there is any defect in the product or you receive a wrong product from us, we will compensate the customer by either returning the full amount or receiving the product that was sent and sending the correct product.
AM PM Coffee website management has the right to amend the return and refund policy at any time without prior notice to you.
