Description:
Colombia Rio Coffee is a story told with every sip. Born from the depths of the enchanting forests of Colombia's Huila department, where stunning nature blends with the efforts of 800 passionate farmers from the Co Agustinos association. These farmers don't just grow coffee; they instill their stories and dreams in every bean.
With the support of the export company Inconexus , these fields are transformed into spaces of creativity and teamwork, where modern infrastructure is built for each farm and training sessions are held to raise quality and preserve the charm of the natural environment in which the coffee is produced.
Every cup of Colombia Rio is a magical experience; a blend of effort, love, and care, its deep taste conveying the scent of the forests and the spirit of the creative community that created it.
This organic crop is processed using the washed method, where the outer skin of the coffee is separated immediately after harvesting, then the beans are immersed in water tanks for 6 to 72 hours of fermentation until the honeydew film surrounding the coffee beans is removed. They are then placed on drying beds for 5 to 7 days.
This coffee has great classic flavors with moderate acidity and bitterness, plus a balanced body.
